CREDO has been actively promoting science education and awarenessamong rural communities, focusing on Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Scheduled Caste (SC) students in remote villages of Manipur. Supported by the NCSTC Division, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, the organization has conducted several impactful outreach programs to nurture scientific temper and curiosity among young learners.
Through science exhibitions, awareness camps, and interactive sessions, CREDO has reached over 1000 plus students in each event, offering them a platform to explore scientific concepts through hands-on learning and demonstrations. These programs have enhanced student engagement with science and highlighted the importance of innovation in solving local challenges.
In addition to student-focused activities, we extended support to local grassroots innovators, providing training, mentorship, and exposure to help them refine their innovations and connect with larger networks. The initiative promotes a culture of creativity, inquiry, and problem-solving among youth and rural communities.
By bringing science closer to underserved regions, we continues to inspire a new generation of learners and innovators, contributing to inclusive and equitable science education.
